Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

All the packages will standard be send with a track and trace code. 

Fairia Ibiza ships the packages with Correos in Spain. 

Costst for standard shipping with track and trace + insurance: Spain €5,-, International (Europe) €10,- and International (out of Europe) €35,-. 

Fairia Ibiza ships worldwide. We keep track and record of all our parcels and will not issue refunds for parcels that are not collected from customs or go astray because of neglect of the receiver.

We will not refund shipping costs for parcels that get returned to us as not having been able to be delivered.

International Taxes and Customs Charges (Customers outside the European Union)

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges.

All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Fairia Ibiza is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

RETURNS

You can return your order within 28 days after receiving your order. When you send us your return, please make sure the items are the same as how you've received them. Items in sale we don't refund.

Please wether you live in Spain or outside Spain, do email us as to arrange a return or exchange for an other product. We will provide you with the return address and all the details you need. An e-mail can be send to hello@fairiaibiza.com

Your return or refund will be processed within 5 working days after receiving the return.

The return shipping cost has to be handled by the buyer.
